Private creation and public distribution are different. Content that may remain in your private library is not automatically eligible for the public Feed.
Vybra Videos is a creative platform for generating and sharing AI-assisted videos. We want creators to experiment, tell stories, build Series, and share their work while keeping the public Vybra community safe and respectful.
These Community Guidelines apply to content published to the Vybra Videos public Feed, including videos, captions, titles, profile information, comments or other community features we may introduce.
Our standard
Vybra Videos has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users in public community areas.
Content may be automatically reviewed before publication, reported by other users after publication, reviewed by a moderator, hidden, removed, or made ineligible for the public Feed.
Passing an automated safety check does not guarantee that content complies with these Guidelines.
1. Sexual content and exploitation
Do not publish:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
- Explicit depictions of sexual acts or sexual organs intended for sexual stimulation.
- Non-consensual sexual or intimate imagery.
- Sexualized depictions of real people created without their permission.
- Content promoting sexual exploitation, trafficking, prostitution, or coercive sexual activity.
- Fetish content that is primarily sexual in nature.
Minors
There is zero tolerance for sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors. Never publish content that:
- Sexualizes anyone under 18.
- Depicts or suggests sexual activity involving a minor.
- Creates sexualized AI imagery or video of a minor.
- Encourages grooming, exploitation, trafficking, or abuse of minors.
- Requests or shares sexual material involving minors.
Content in this category may result in immediate removal and account suspension.
2. Hate, harassment, and bullying
Do not use Vybra to attack, intimidate, humiliate, threaten, or encourage abuse against another person or group. Prohibited content includes:
- Hate speech targeting people based on protected characteristics.
- Encouragement of discrimination or dehumanization.
- Targeted harassment.
- Bullying.
- Doxxing or publishing sensitive personal information.
- Encouraging others to harass someone.
- Repeated unwanted targeting of another creator or individual.
3. Violence and graphic content
Fictional action, suspense, horror, and dramatic storytelling can be part of creative expression on Vybra. However, public Feed content may be restricted or removed if it contains:
- Extremely graphic or realistic gore.
- Realistic torture, mutilation, or abuse.
- Celebration or encouragement of real-world violence.
- Threats of physical harm.
- Content encouraging suicide or serious self-harm.
- Content glorifying mass violence or terrorist acts.
A horror video may be acceptable as private creative content while still being considered unsuitable for the public Feed.
4. Dangerous or illegal activity
Do not publish content that meaningfully encourages, instructs, or facilitates:
- Serious criminal activity.
- Terrorism or violent extremism.
- Human trafficking.
- Dangerous challenges likely to cause serious injury.
- Manufacture or misuse of weapons for criminal purposes.
- Fraud, scams, theft, or identity theft.
- Illegal drug production or trafficking.
- Other conduct that presents a serious risk of harm.
Fictional storytelling may be treated differently from instructions or encouragement to commit real-world harm.
5. Likeness, Cameos, and impersonation
Respect people’s identities. Do not use another person’s face, voice, name, or likeness to:
- Deceive people into believing they said or did something real when they did not.
- Defraud or impersonate them.
- Harass, humiliate, threaten, or exploit them.
- Create non-consensual sexual content.
- Damage their reputation through deliberately deceptive content.
- Misrepresent an ordinary person as endorsing a product, cause, statement, or activity.
When Vybra identifies a person as participating through a Cameo or likeness feature, required publication consent must be obtained before the video becomes public.
A person whose likeness appears in a video may object to that use through Vybra’s likeness-removal process. When a valid likeness objection removes a video, the video’s owner may not simply republish the same content.
6. Intellectual property
Only publish material you have the right to use. Do not intentionally infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights.
AI generation does not automatically give you permission to use someone else’s protected work, character, logo, music, footage, or other intellectual property.
7. Misleading and deceptive content
Do not deliberately use AI-generated content to:
- Commit fraud.
- Impersonate another person for deceptive purposes.
- Falsely represent an AI-generated event as authentic evidence when doing so could cause harm.
- Falsely claim an endorsement.
- Manipulate or deceive people in a way likely to cause financial, reputational, or physical harm.
Parody, satire, fantasy, and clearly fictional storytelling may be permitted when they otherwise comply with these Guidelines.
8. Spam and platform abuse
Do not:
- Flood the Feed with substantially identical content.
- Manipulate likes, reports, engagement, or ranking systems.
- Use automated accounts to artificially increase engagement.
- Attempt to evade a moderation decision.
- Create additional accounts to bypass a suspension.
- Abuse the reporting system to target other creators.
9. Reporting content
Every public Vybra video includes a reporting option. If you believe a video violates these Guidelines, use Report on the video and choose the reason that best describes your concern.
Reports may result in immediate automated hiding depending on the circumstances and number of independent reports. We aim to review reported content promptly, with a target of reviewing moderation reports within 24 hours.
Submitting false or malicious reports repeatedly may itself violate these Guidelines.
10. Blocking users
You may block another Vybra user. Blocking is mutual in effect for the Feed: blocked accounts will no longer see each other’s public content through normal Feed discovery.
Blocking does not prevent Vybra from investigating previously submitted reports.
11. Automated safety review
Videos intended for the public Feed may undergo automated safety review before publication. Safety systems may evaluate information associated with the creation, including the generation prompt, Series instructions, title or caption, reference imagery, generated media, and provider safety signals.
If a safety review cannot be completed, the video may remain private until a successful review occurs. Automated systems can make mistakes. Vybra may additionally use human review when necessary.
12. Enforcement
Depending on the circumstances, Vybra may:
- Prevent a video from being published.
- Hide a video while it is reviewed.
- Remove a video.
- Restrict an account’s ability to publish.
- Suspend an account.
- Terminate access to community features.
- Take other action reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
Severe violations may result in immediate action. Repeated violations may result in longer restrictions or account suspension.
A user may not bypass enforcement by changing a video’s visibility, recreating substantially identical prohibited content, or using another account.
13. Private videos
Videos are private by default unless you explicitly choose to publish them.
Private status does not guarantee that all content is permitted on Vybra. Content may still be restricted when required for safety, legal compliance, provider requirements, or protection of other users.
Existing videos created before the public Feed was introduced will not automatically become public.
14. Changes to these Guidelines
Vybra Videos may update these Community Guidelines as the service evolves, new community features are introduced, or safety requirements change.
Material updates may require you to accept revised Guidelines before continuing to use community features.
