Create boldly, but never at someone else’s expense. You are responsible for the prompts, reference media, and output you use or publish.
1. Never allowed
- Sexual exploitation of minors or any sexualized depiction of a person under 18.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual violence, or content made to humiliate or exploit a real person.
- Instructions, recruitment, or praise for terrorism or violent extremism.
- Credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, doxxing, or exposure of highly sensitive personal data.
- Fraud, phishing, malicious impersonation, election deception, or content designed to mislead people about a real person’s words or actions.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
- Attempts to bypass safety, access, billing, rate-limit, or security controls.
2. Real people and reference images
Only upload reference media you have the right to use. Obtain meaningful consent before generating a recognizable person, especially for sensitive, commercial, political, medical, or sexual contexts. Cameo identity features are not enabled in the current release. Reference images remain private unless you choose to share a finished result.
3. Synthetic-media transparency
Do not present generated media as authentic evidence. Clearly disclose that media is AI-generated when a reasonable viewer could mistake it for a real event, endorsement, statement, or recording, and follow the rules of every platform where you publish.
4. Enforcement
Vybra Videos may block a prompt or upload, stop generation, remove access to content, limit an account, preserve relevant records, or report apparently illegal material when required. Context, severity, repetition, and risk of harm inform enforcement decisions.
5. Report a concern
Generated projects are private in version 1, but you can still report a safety, consent, copyright, or security concern through Support. Include a job or project ID when available; do not email private authentication links or payment credentials.
