Terms of use

1. The service

Vybra Videos lets you submit prompts and eligible reference media to create AI-generated videos, organize private projects and Series, and purchase coin credits through supported app stores. Features, models, prices, limits, and availability may change as the service evolves.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. Provide accurate information, use only accounts you control, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. A Vybra identity may be shared across Vybra apps, while Vybra Videos data and membership are managed separately.

3. Coins, costs, and purchases

• Coins are limited, non-transferable digital credits for eligible Vybra Videos features. They are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be resold.
• The app displays a coin quote before generation. When you confirm, coins are reserved; successful jobs settle the quoted cost, while canceled or definitively failed jobs release the reservation. Jobs with uncertain provider status may remain reserved briefly while reconciliation completes.
• Purchases are processed by Apple or another displayed store and are subject to that store’s payment and refund rules. Vybra Videos may adjust credits for confirmed refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or duplicated grants.
• Generation can fail because of safety rules, invalid inputs, provider outages, or technical errors. A failed result does not guarantee that every external provider charge can be reversed, but Vybra Videos will apply its published coin settlement rules.

4. Your content and permissions

You keep any rights you have in prompts and uploaded material. You grant Vybra Videos and its service providers a limited license to host, copy, transform, transmit, and process that material only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload, including a person’s image or likeness.

5. Generated output

AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, similar to another user’s output, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or relying on it, obtaining any needed permissions, and labeling synthetic media when required. We do not promise that output is unique, non-infringing, or eligible for intellectual-property protection.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use Vybra Videos for illegal activity; exploitation or sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; deceptive impersonation, fraud, or harassment; violent-extremist promotion; malicious code; privacy violations; infringement; attempts to bypass safety or billing controls; or conduct described in the Content Policy. We may reject inputs, remove content, limit generation, suspend access, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an evolving basis and may be interrupted, delayed, rate-limited, or changed. We may add or remove models and features, update coin prices for future quotes, or discontinue the service. A quote you already confirmed is governed by the reservation and settlement rules shown at confirmation.

8. Ending use

You may stop using the service or delete your Vybra Videos account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, or harm to others. Sections that by nature should survive—such as payment adjustments, intellectual-property terms, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue after termination.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vybra Videos is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or output accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vybra Videos will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of content, lost profits, or decisions based on generated output. Applicable consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain in effect.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app. Questions can be sent through Vybra Videos Support or to support@vybravideos.com.
